RWFR is also totally fine with Straight Rent-Only applicants! :) 

In order to qualify, you must meet or exceed the below MINIMUM requirements:

  1. Verifiable combined household income of at least $60,000 per year (NOTE: the home you choose may have a higher income requirement).
  2. Minimum Monthly Rent of $1,600.00/mo (NOTE: the home you choose may have a higher monthly rate).
  3. At least a 550 FICO credit score.
  4. Security Deposit: Access to at least two (2) months of rent payments in Applicant’s account (i.e. 2mo security deposit readily available) (NOTE: This amount is NOT submitted with the application. The funds do need to be readily available AFTER you find your dream home and are ready for the Program to acquire it for you.  Of course, first month’s rent will be due right before move-in which would be ~37-45+ days later).
  5. Stable employment.
  6. No recent history (last 3 yrs) of eviction or outstanding balances owed to previous landlords.
  7. No pending bankruptcy (discharged Ch 7. BK okay & active Ch 13 BK okay).
  8. Acceptable criminal history (the main focus will be the last six (6) years).
